Do MA & RI have different regulations?
Yes they do! We can explain or direct you to an engineer that provides the services that you need, depending on your location.
Does James Furtado Excavating, Inc. do MA Title 5 Inspections?
No, we do not. We can provide the contact information for someone that does. We feel that it would be a conflict should a septic system fail but also to offer the services to bring it up to Title 5 specifications.
I am selling my house. How long will it take a new septic system to be installed?
The process can be time consuming to schedule with local authorities and can also be weather dependent. There are multiple steps before an approved septic design can be ready for bidding purposes, installation can be impacted by material availability and weather and the documentation requirements after completion can add to the wait. It is best to have all of these logistics in motion before a closing is scheduled.
